To whom it may concern,
I would like to offer a letter of recommendation on behalf of PacWest.
Ganahl Lumber is a 130 year old lumber and building materials business operating 9 retail locations throughout LA, Orange and Riverside Counties.
Recently our Corona facility completed an extensive tenant improvement. We completely reset our 48,000 sqft facility. PacWest was a key partner in helping us upgrade our facility. PacWest polished, and stained the concrete floors on our entire store. PacWest exceeded our expectations for a vendor. As can be expected in any TI of this size, we encountered delays in racking, vendors and products. PacWest was always flexible with these delays. We were able to keep the store operational throughout the polishing, and we were able to completely change the appearance of our retail location, while minimizing the disruption to our customers.
The entire team at PacWest is professional, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable on the latest retail finishes. We relied heavily on Mike and Josh for their expertise in completing our project on time and within budget.
I would strongly recommend PacWest as a key partner in any job that requires a partner to improve the floor finish in any environment.
